As a Toner: After cleansing, apply to a cotton pad and gently sweep across face and neck. Follow with your favorite serum and moisturizer. As a Serum: After cleansing and toning, dispense 2-3 drops into palms and gently press into face and neck. Allow to absorb before applying moisturizer. Use morning and evening for best results.
